Ingredients
Echinacea, lemongrass, natural lemon flavor, fennel, licorice root, peppermint, sage, plantain leaves, elderflower, marshmallow root, rose hips, thyme, lemon balm

Directions
Steep 1 teabag in 8 oz boiling water for 2-4 minutes, or until desired strength. For iced tea, steep 2 tea bags, cool and pour over ice.
